The  Nigerian Women in Public Relations (NGWIPR) has announced a virtual “National PR Students Summit 2025,” scheduled for 5th December 2025.

The summit is designed for undergraduates, recent graduates and early-career communication enthusiasts (i.e., those with 0-1 years of experience) who wish to build a foundation in public relations.

The summit also aims to:

• Explain what public relations is and how to begin a career in it.
• Provide networking opportunities with young professionals already working in PR.
• Support inclusion, mentorship and professional development in the communications industry, in line with NGWIPR’s mission.

According to the Organization, the initiative aligns with its mission to promote inclusion, mentorship, and professional development in the communications industry.
