Zainab Salbi is an Iraqi-American activist, author, and media host dedicated to women’s rights. She is the co-founder of Daughters for Earth and Women for Women International.

A prominent voice on issues affecting women, Salbi has hosted several television shows, including “Through Her Eyes,” “#MeToo,” and “Now What?”. Since 2022, she has also hosted “The Redefined Podcast.”

Her nonfiction book, The Other Side of War: Women’s Stories of Survival & Hope, shares the experiences of women who have survived war. In September 2023, she was honoured as one of the Time100.
