Due to the scope and objectives we set to achieve, the Sheroes Project shall be carried out in the federal capital as that is where the federal legislators are situated. As the central capital, the FCT is the melting pot of the country’s political leadership and where we can access all female legislators in the 10th assembly, with whom we shall build the national gender advocacy caucus and impact review.
As the regions with the lowest percentage of women’s participation in the just concluded elections, the Sheroes Project will extend to Kaduna, and other states in the north west like Kebbi, Zamfara, Sokoto, Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states.
